He worked out that many issues and problems have their origin in family and ancestral systems, and that unless these are acknowledged and worked with, no real cure can occur.
Since his beginnings constellations has diversified, developed and become and a number of different approaches to past traumas in the family and individually. It is a powerful way of working with past traumas both individually and in groups.
